Every plant is hand-selected from trusted California growers and carefully inspected for quality, size, and overall health. Each one is trimmed, cleaned, styled, and treated in-house using our own all-natural soaps, fertilizers, and insecticides.
Plants are potted into premium planters selected for both form and function, with proper airflow and drainage, and finished with preserved forest moss. Our plant care products are also formulated in-house and produced locally using natural, time-tested ingredients.

We don’t ship on guesswork. Shipping decisions are based on live conditions and plant safety thresholds, including temperature at the destination and along the shipping route, not convenience.
Every order is packed in custom-engineered insulated packaging, and when conditions aren’t safe, we proactively delay shipment rather than risk plant damage. This allows customers to order with confidence year-round, knowing their plant will only ship when conditions are right.

How does winter shipping work?
We use insulated cold-weather wrapping on winter shipments, but insulation alone can’t protect plants in very low temperatures.
That’s why shipping decisions are based on live weather data at the delivery destination and along the shipping route, not estimates. If conditions are too cold at checkout, you’ll see two options:
-Hold for safe shipping: we keep your plant in our climate-controlled greenhouse and ship automatically once temperatures are consistently safe (shipping is discounted while on hold), or
-Ship with express: faster transit to minimize cold exposure.
You can place an order anytime. Orders are monitored daily and only ship when conditions meet safe thresholds unless express is selected.

But thanks to our plant care and design team, they'll be styled, nurtured, and primed for life indoors before they arrive at your door.
